Pls HELP! With my TN status for the job offer.

US bachelor degree in Accounting. 3 years canadian accounting experiences. I have been offered as a staff accountant in small management company. Will be Canadian Citizen in early March and will go for applying TN status in few days later.
Any input/suggestion is highly appreciated!
P.S. I can get my Canadian Passport within 2days.
