Help about lay off package

I got laid off recently, HR and my boss together told me that my lay off package is standard one for all US employees based on my position level, however, I found out same level coworker in the same group got better lay off package, they lied, is there anyway I can complain ?

Or just take this loss ?

any suggestions ?
