I agree that opportunities are in busy season.

But the risk is after busy tax season, they maybe throw u away if in fact, that is really a temporary job. so the real good time to look for job is from September every year.

I consider changing my job not because of the $4500 raise but the fact that I feel bored here for 3 years. Those tax , accounting stuff , I have been pretty familiar with. My 485 , has been filed for over 6 months, now it is my opportunity to move on....
