8. Institute Chinese-style one-child policy, 減少醫療保險費/產假usage
9. File for Chapter 11 protection, 堵債主於門外
10. Re-categorize company as a not-for-profit outfit, 省稅金多多

And, don't overlook the revenue-generating side of the equation: If your employer has not done so already, it is highly recommended that it line up behind the bailout beggars, and ask Uncle Sam for a handout.
