Are you also a TN visa holder? Well, I uderstand that TN visa doesn't really need special sponsorship. However, the employment letter has to meet specific requirement to get the visa from US-Canada border. I don't know if it will be against policy for the company to provide such letter to me. The position I applied for is a full-time positin. On the other hand, they have extended the offer to me. I am really not sure how the company will deal with this. Still waiting for the response from HR...
