thanks! We lean towards moving with a salary raise

My hu*****and is gonna negotiate with them and ask for $10K salary raise, otherwise he won't be happy when he thinks about the 4 months severance pay he could have got and the summer off after working hard for so many years.

Not sure whether they will give him $10k salary raise or not though
