Maybe there is one more thing you can do:

you can nicely suggest your boss privately: since there are many people who don't really know or forget (and I emailed them many times but didn't got their enough attention), could you conveniently remind (in all-hands meeting or sending out an email) everyone in our lab that those certain things are my responsibility to organize and they should coordinate with me?
