如何寫Volunteer job proposal for IT company

本人在IT行業找Software developer 工作4個月了，期間有兩家公司給了技術麵試的機會。但最終沒有拿到工作offer.
現在想去給我麵試機會的其中一家公司去做Volunteer， HR manger要我寫一個proposal 介紹What can I do for the company and how long it will last. 我不知道怎麽寫。 那位有經驗的朋友，給點建議或是模板好嗎？
