首先向樓主表示同情，不過既然已經確診了，咱就想開點，至少從你現在的情況來看是low stage(最終stage and grade還要以切除的病理報告為準）。同意以上兩位網友的建議，治療要聽醫生的，而不是網友的。做手術要選Breast surgeon, not general surgeon。我知道現在你肯定很anxious，所以以下是我對你治療的猜測，如果跟你的醫生建議有出入，聽醫生的。
1 If BRCA mutation positive （very low possibility,現在不需為此煩惱), do genetic counseling. Most likely they will recommend bilateral masterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophrectomy (removing both breasts, ovaries and fallopian tubes). 不過一切以你的genetic counselor 建議為準.
2 if BRCA mutation negative, my guess is that they will recommend lumpectomy (aka partial mastectomy) plus sentinel lymph node biopsy. 不過一切以你醫生建議為準。
3 聽醫生的。
4 如果做lumpectomy, 不需重建，現在不必為此煩惱。
