Where the福利come from if all families have 5-8 kids?

Do you have the capability to raise 5-8 kids, their education pluse your retirment. Mnay kids in contryside can't go to school because their parents don't have capability to do that. If they only have 1 or 2 kids, the education is no problem. Why you don't stay in contryside if you like this kid of life.
