Even Cornell and UC Berkeley can't prove that more than 40% of their graduates in computer science are employed.

Yet tons of top grads have spent the better part of the past 5-10 years submitting their resumes to tech firms allegedly looking for talent, only to not even receive so much as the courtesy of a response.  Even Cornell and UC Berkeley can't prove that more than 40% of their graduates in computer science are employed.

Tons of extremely bright graduates have taken CS degrees, and have basically lost their careers due to the lack of jobs in the field for US citizens.  I know plenty of these people.  It is really disgusting that various lobbyist groups would claim a 'shortage' of CS graduates and qualified professionals, when even top talent finds it hard to be interviewed.
