Yet tons of top grads have spent the better part of the past 5-10 years submitting their resumes to tech firms allegedly looking for talent, only to not even receive so much as the courtesy of a response. Tons of extremely bright graduates have taken CS degrees, and have basically lost their careers due to the lack of jobs in the field for US citizens. I know plenty of these people. It is really disgusting that various lobbyist groups would claim a 'shortage' of CS graduates and qualified professionals, when even top talent finds it hard to be interviewed.
