I never said we should abandon Chinese culture, I just said it may not be the best in the world, and should not be the only one we teach to our children.

I actually spent hours explaining Chinese history to my kids last summar when we visited the Chinese history museum in Beijing. I surprised myself and my kids on how much I remembered. It is because I took time to understand chinese culture and other cultures, I am confident about my choice. Even if I am a minorite of one, I will not change my position unless I am convinced.
