我有一個以前的同事，她在找工作，找VC裏麵的。她的guy friends said this and said that, and said they'll connect her with the right VC people, but never did. As soon as she connected with a woman she knew that has the connection, within hours, this girl-friend made the move and connected her to the right people, and things start moving.
