The problem started with Windows phone 7

I had been using windows based pda and smart phones before smart phones became popular. I got my win7 phone on the first day it became available. I was geatly disappointed: the new phone had nothing to do with either windows 7 or windows mobile 6.x. I returned it after 2 weeks.
