There is no perfect system, standalone. However, there are better systems integrated with different elements. 

It seems you are trying hard to convince yourself that Democracy is failing, despite the fact that most countries have adopted democracy elements more or less nowadays. There are only a handfull Autocracies left in the world, and yet you are singing vitory songs for its truimph over democracy, because there is flaw in democracy? I don't get it. Never mind.
