What drives me crazy is where were hundreds of on lookers and not a single one stepped up to help the bagger and the dog. 
If all Chinese turned blind eyes to the such a crime committed against the most vulnerable and defenseless people, the bagger and his dog, someday the same crime will be committed against them.
