請教各位大佬: radiator cap是不是真空的?

2004年的Honda civic. 21萬mile.

最近refill coolant, 先是打開 radiator cap加滿, 然後打開coolant reservoir tank cap加到max.

昨天在engine完全cool down時, 發現coolant reservoir tank的水位已經遠高於max, 快到cap了。

是不是radiator cap壞了, 以至於coolant 能出engine 卻不能進engine ?
