各位修車能人，問一下賣舊車的事

在家壇問了，味苦一回信心裏又不踏實了。

打算賣一輛舊車，我的本意是如果買方看上了就去DMV辦手續就行了，可買方的信裏說my dad is a retired  sheriff  and we actually don’t have to go to the Secretary of State you just have to sign over the title I sign it and take a photo copy as well as a bill of sale ，這樣行麽。如果他不去過戶，出了事是不是我還有責任啊？以前圖省事都是tread in舊車 的，從沒有賣過車。謝了。
