Over $15000 it will be difficult to sell yourself as it is hard for people come up with so much cash.  If it is under $15000, you can use cars.com, pick the package with 10 pictures,  remember to take good photos. Plus get a carfax report to prove that it is accident free.  Market it at slightly lower than  KBB price you should be able to sell it quick. I have sold 3 cars through this website. 

Google DmV to check the form the buyer needs to fill out. Send the form to dmv to tell them it is sold.
