This old Civic was purchased 2nd hand and owned for 9-years now, put ~ 50K miles on it -- total 149K miles now. Spark plugs, fuel injectors were changed for the past 9 years. Is 高壓圈 the ignition coil?

Will try to change the spark plugs first to see if it works.
