再一次證明CR評車就是個玩笑。

Tesla Model S was given a score of 99 of 100 despite the fact that it received a less than average reliability rating from the consumers.  You would have guessed that CR must have gotten a flawless car to test drive.  Yeah right, here is the experience the best car ever, by a huge margin afforded to the CR staff, "its brand new Model S's handles weren't working as designed, "effectively rendering the car undriveable."
