Ask help: check engine light on

2003 Toyota. Camry  check engine light is on ,code scan is fuel/air ratio not right  oxygen sensor bank1, then bought the sensor installed , now the light is still on, code scan , this time is p0031 o2 sensor heat control is  low . So what should I do next? Thanks
