40A, 20A, 7.5A no 30A. I beileve the schematic is correct, there is no other load on the wire, consider the wires.
If you unplug the J15/J16(in my diagram after the 20A fuse) can't stop the leakage,
try 20A fuse:
1>if still leak then the wire from 40A fuse to 20A fuse may be J15/J16roken.
2>if stop the leakage, then the wire from 20A to 20A may be broken.
