Need Advice on Car Accident

My 2014 CRV was rear-ended late this afternoon on highway when I saw the traffics in front of me slows down quickly and I hit the break to slow down but the other driver behind me could not slow down / stop fast enough. My CRV's rear-left got damaged with the bumper and the part between the bumper & the rear-left tail light cracked but not falling-off yet. The other driver's car had its right-front broken as she turned the wheel trying to avoid hitting me right at my vehicle back. My CRV seems still drives fine but I am not sure how much & severe the damages are.  

Called the police after getting off the highway at the nearest exit, took some pictures of the damaged parts of both cars with my cell phone, got the other driver's name, address, license number and insurance information - but I have not got the formal accident report from the State Patrol yet.

My 1st question is: Should I just contact the other driver's insurance company for the repairing of my vehicle, or should I also inform my insurance company about this accident? 

The 2nd question is: I got my CRV 7-months ago and I am paying car loan monthly through Honda Financial Service. I called the Honda Dealer where I purchase my CRV but they are not open tomorrow (Sunday). Should I send my CRV to the Honda Dealer for a check & estimate of the damages first, or do I have to do this at the places where the other driver's insurance company will assign to?
