根本不jackstand or anything.
if you know your car well, just lay down, and extend your arm to reach to the oil plug
(no jack up!! so always safe.  Set your parking brake though).

You know what to do the next..

here is the sequence.
1. oil cap off.
2. position the catching pan.
3. lay down and oil plug off
4. drain
5. oil plug on.
6. position catching pan under filter.
7. filter off (dirtest part on my hands).
8. new filter on.
9. add new oil

when cutting the seal cap of the new oil, try cut with a V shape so it's easier to pour.

All your need is socket wrench, oil catching pan.  fast & safe.
Last time I had 0 oil drop on floor.
