for spare tire, if you dont' drive over 50mph, i bet you can drive it to a safe place (say 200 miles).

Key thing, drive 2/300 miles, and take a rest. both driver and car need rest bit.
that's it.  get other emergency stuff (flashes, cellphones etc).
