2000 honda accord is making a creaking noise, what does that mea

The noise is coming from the front and I was told it was my front right struts so i had the front right struct replaced, but it is still making the noise. it does it as I am coasting, hit speed bumps, turning the wheel both ways as I am taking off, and when I am sitting still , and when I am getting out of the car. I really don't want to spend money on fixing the wrong things and I have 170 k miles already. is that possible I need replace front left struct as well? Also I have replaced low ball joint both side. tie rod end front left. CV axle front right, wheel bearing front right. Any ideas I would really appreciated. Thanks,
