換engine oil後 - 噪音問題

換engine oil後，車engine蓋子下右邊發出有節奏的彭彭聲，聽起來象motorcycle的聲
音，但音量小些。有懂行的知道會是what problem嗎？

The car didn't have this kind of noise before oil change, is it pos*****ile
that some damage was done during the oil change?
