求救: volvo xc90 v8 transmission died. 85k邁. volvo廠家不肯給免費或半價, 該怎麽辦

The car died on my way back home, suddenly, no alert at all.  地樂檢查後說的換新的, 7000刀, 心疼肉也疼啊,第一回合,volvo廠家不付任何費用. 我該咋辦, 才能讓VOLVO 廠家give me discount or pay parts.  Dealer said they couldn't get free or discount form volvo neither. No such experience before, this is my first car.  I drove 7 years, no accident, regular maintenance at dealer shop b/c within warranty till 60k.  Any advise is welcome, Many Many thanks,
