If you buy it for a kid, you need to be careful about SUV.

A SUV has a much higher center of gravity.  Therefore, it is easy to roll over.  If your kid doesn't particularly need a SUV for high clearance and all wheel drive, a sedan might be safer choice, especially for a young man.
