關於車險的兩個問題

關於車險的兩個問題：

 

1) liability coverage一定要包括uninsured/underinsured motorists coverage嗎？

2) full coverage裏麵有一項auto comprehensive insurance, 有保的必要嗎？because it seems only valuable if you believe your car is susceptible to theft, or fire/flooding these kind of extremely low rate events.
