Thanks for the info.I guess that was what my health insurance me

but I thought I would have to go after the third driver's insurance and I would hate to haggle with them.  My car insurance said the other insurance would call me to get more info about the accident so they transferred me to the agent's voice mail.  I left a message but no one called me back at all.  I'm not going to contact them again.  It's good to know.  Now I feel more relieved.  My health insurance said they are using Rawling's Associates so they would keep track and make sure they get the money for treatment back. Thank you very much.
