Thanks for input.Asking price originally was 24500$, dealer dropped the price after 30days to 21000$

Then I negotiated about 1200$ off. Just as you said, it's an attractive price for this car based on KBB value. That's why I has been hesitating. ( you know negotiation takes some work too).

I will take your advice and look for a van with less than 36K miles. But not sure if it's worth buying a toyota platium warranty since I was told most of warranty is useless when you need it.
