朋友開車撞到停車場的柱子， 咋整？ 謝謝建議！

車右前角燈下烙下個不小的 dent.  那玩意兒好像是塑料的？ nothing is broken.  燈無損。 2012 civic. 

 

insurance collision deductible $500.  糾結的是：

- 不知有必要 file claim w/ insurance?  I told him to get pre-estimation done at body shop.  but does he need to get 2nd, 3rd opinion of estimation at different shops?

- any tip to choose a good collision shop if he elects not file claim w/ insurance?
