求教為什麽氣溫93度以上發動機不能發動?

1990 honda crx 1500cc 170k miles

低溫完全沒問題,大約氣溫93度後隻聽到發動馬達聲,完全不能起動.用沙紙清潔 Distibutor cap & rotor 也不能解決,是否要換新的?,或者有別的問題? 謝了
