probably not. If they replace the waterpump very fast

they just need to top up the coolant in radiator. But the shop will still charge the coolant flash I think.

For instance, when I rebuild my power steelwheel oil pump, I didn't even topup the PS fluid. The fluid level is just above the min line after the service.
