If your CRV is AWD, the control module may not

 function correctly. The control module supposedly should detect the front wheels are slipping and send a singal to the elctronic clutch to divert the power to the rear wheels. The CRV is a FWD vehicle at normal condition. The AWD system is activated only when it is needed. Have the dealer check the system for you.
