你是不是說錯話了？

“you told me that you never saw him.”

你應該說：

“我看見丫衝過來，直接切入我的車道。丫很快，我馬上刹車還是撞上了。blah,blah...”

或者 

“我看見丫衝過來，直接向我撞過來，我邊上的車道有車，我無處可躲，讓丫撞上了，blah,blah,...”

牢牢記住！

NEVER say: "I didn't see him...."

 ALWAYS say "I saw him but it was too late to take action to avoid the collision....."
