發動機黃燈告警

車子有了CEL黃燈告警，去Autozone借了表測了一下，得到以下錯誤碼：

P0300 - Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
P0303 - Cylinder no. 3 misfire detected
P0117 - Engine coolant temperature circuit, low input

最近的一個變化是車子打著以後的轉速，以前都是在1000轉以上，現在是1000一下了。

按照維護要求，80K應該是換第二次Spark Plugs了，車子現在83K，還沒來得及換。

請各位大俠給號號脈，是不是有可能是Spark Plugs的問題? 多謝！
