各位專家大俠，不管您提出了什麽看法和建議，我都非常感謝您。

對不起沒有及時回複，主要是小孩周末活動太多: sports, musical instruments,etc.，難得有時間坐下來。

警察沒有在報告上寫很多，除了雙方的基本信息外，主要部分是說對方已經倒好車（backed out）, and did see me;說我是正backing out and did not see the other driver. 事實是我已經倒好車，正準備drive. 而對方突然從對麵倒出來，所以她的jeep尾部（rear ）hit the lower end part (next to fuel gas tank) of the driver side of my car。另外警察列了對方證人的姓名，地址和電話。
