求助：距離太近，吃了罰單。

今天回家路上跟在一輛ford後麵，距離一米左右，突然ford打右轉燈，我就超了他，剛
剛過去後麵警車（就是ford）就朝我閃起燈來。給我開了張罰單，說我離它距離太近。
罰單原話“Operate a motor vehicle on a street or highway by following
another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent without due
regard for the speed of such vehicles and the traffic upon the condition of
the highway.”
想問問，要是我交了罰款就不給我加點了，還是我交了也要加點？ 請給建議，怎麽做
