is it safe to drive this car?

I got a flat tire in the highway this afternoon and pulled the car to the nearest NTB. The man there said my rear flat tire was beyond repair and he can install a new one (later, I realized that it was a used tire and smaller than my other tires). Can I drive this car or I need get new set of tires immediately? Thanks for advice.
