you need to know what kind of warranty it is

ask your dealer if it is a honda extended warranty or dealer's warranty through 3-rd party company. if it is the later, this warranty is just another insurance. of course you can cancel the policy to get some money back if not all. however, 3rd party insurance is not good as honda's extended warranty, which will be honored by all honda dealers in this country.
