1. If you can figure out the engine oil amount(change oil, you or someone help you), try to compare the amount poured in and the amount drained after 3 months or 3000 miles. If the shortage is less than 1 Qt, you can live with the blue smoke unless you have to pass emmission test.
2. If it is more than 1 Qt, try to get estimate from different shops. You do not need to go to dealship to replace the valve seals.
