Dealer has kept my car for 5 days when I only asked for maintena

I dropped my car for a regular maintenance. Dealer told me my car's model had a recall on a part. Then they changed the part and a couple of other parts they had to change. But after everything is done, they told me they couldn't initiate the car. They can't start the car!

I'm kinda scared. Any suggestions about what to do?
