One thing I don’t understand about transmission …

Dealer said my inside transmission fluid are gone. It is smoking. But I checked transmission fluid sticker. It has fluid. They also said my transmission fluid dirty, like engine oil.
How can I add transmission fluid to the inside of transmission?
