If you are not very good at cars, do not buy it

A car is being salvaged because the fix of the car will cost more to the insurance company to just pay it off.

A 2006 Odyssey without any accedent can be sold for over $10000 at lest. I saw many ask for $15000.

If it is only a door busted, it will cost the insurance company just a few hundreds dollors maximum $1000 to fix it. What makes you think the insurance company willing to pay $10000 instead to fix it for $1000?

Appearantly the dealer lied to you in this case.
