Let's be fair - beside better seats you also get

1. bigger tires and bigger wheels,
2. wood trim,
3. better audio,
4. better warranty (?)
4. Lexus badge,
5. better resale value (?)

IMHO, it still doesn't justify the $6000 premium. But hey, if you have money to burn, go ahead.
