I'm not sure even how these tires work. I guess if the onboard computer does not see anything abnormal there is very little to be concerned about. That being said, I wouldn't touch that thing myself, if for nothing but messing up the sensor system. I also cannot believe that your dealer has the guts to ask you to wait for a week for something that could potentially be unsafe to drive upon.
