1. Automatic transmission in 328 is not very responsive (made by GM)
2. BMW 328 is simply not as stable/solid as MB C300. When you drive over bumpy/uneven roads, the car shakes from left to right (or vice versa), like you are on a boat and the boat is side-hit by waves. MB C300 is much better on that aspect.
3. People say 3 series is sporty but I am not impressed by base model 328 at all.
4. Steering wheel is too heavy for most Chinese people (I do understand some people prefer heavy steering wheel)
5. Current 3 series doesn't look very good/serious (especially tail lights).
6. MB's reliability is improved a lot with recent new models while BMW has not changed much.
